- Fixed black screen of nothing after finishing the first post-tutorial level.
- Fixed a few typos (also a few in the OG game!)

Edit: Also fixed the original shame patch bug, so now the tutorial should be playable 'as intended'!

NB: Remember to activate the DLC after you buy it (you will know it's active when the splash screen on entering is different!) Sorry for the inconveniences!
