NeverAwake FLASHBACK is the sequel to the nightmare action-shooter NeverAwake, which won the “VERMILION GATE AWARD / The Grand Prize” for the most outstanding title at “BitSummit X-Roads” in 2022. We permit individuals and corporations to stream and distribute videos of NeverAwake FLASHBACK for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. Prohibited Actions
・Do not edit or post content that is irrelevant to the game. Furthermore, do not use the content to significantly damage the game's image or violate public order and morals. ・Do not engage in acts that lead to defamation or harassment of other players. ・Do not separate and post individual game elements (video, music, audio, design, etc.). However, the following is permitted: If a video is publicly available for free on a video sharing site (regardless of whether the uploader is an individual or a corporation), and incidental revenue is generated from features officially offered by that site (e.g., the YouTube Partner Program), this will not be considered a profit-making use. You may use these features without issue. For any other commercial use by a corporation, please contact us individually. ・Do not engage in any use that infringes upon or risks infringing upon the rights of a third party (intellectual property rights, honor, credibility, portrait rights, privacy, etc.).
