I'm excited to share a new trailer for Author Sim, highlighting several recent updates to the game, including:
The ability to write fanfiction
A new timed writing event
New random events with player choices
Skill tree upgrades that make timed action events easier or fully skippable
A trends mechanic, where following current trends grants a rating boost
Floating, poppable bubbles added to the computer wallpaper
I'm also happy to announce that the demo will be available starting February 3, 2026. Be sure to keep an eye out for it!
