This February 12–15, 2026, our friends at Larp Venture will take over a historical fort in Poland to host an official live L.A.R.P. experience created in partnership with us.
The Last Recon puts you in one of Frostpunk’s remote outposts. Food is scarce, the cold is merciless, and tensions rise as survival becomes uncertain. You’ll negotiate, lead, build, and sacrifice because not everyone can be saved. The city depends on you.
