Quest System Update
The quest system has been redesigned and is now divided into Main Quests and Side Quests. More missions and quest content will be added in future updates.
Side quests are accepted by receiving signals through the radio station.
Great Bridge
The Great Bridge has been renamed Great Bridge Trading Post, and the Gun Merchant has been moved to this location.
This area is now a neutral zone. When you first arrive, a wave of pirates will spawn. After clearing them, the Gun Merchant’s door will unlock, and enemies will no longer respawn at this location.
Trading Post
The Trading Post is hidden by default and can be unlocked via the radio tower signal.
A new Decorative Fish Merchant has been added. The Decorative Fish Merchant periodically refreshes the list of required ornamental fish. Players can sell these fish in exchange for silver coins.
Each refresh has a limited quantity, so fish cannot be sold indefinitely.
Floating Sanctuary
New sections have been added.
New Boss Added: Pirate King
This boss drops a unique weapon: the Percussion Pistol.
The Percussion Pistol has been removed from the Black Powder Weapon Crafting Station and is now exclusively dropped by this boss. Its damage has also increased.
Neptune
A new underwater section has been added for side quests.
This section can be accessed through pipelines, allowing players to explore areas buried beneath the sand to complete side quests.
Pirate Armed Transport Ship
A new Level 5 combat location, unlocked by accepting a side quest via radio.
Resource Recycler
Requires power to operate. The blueprint is obtained through a side quest and allows players to automatically collect selected resources based on their choices.
Recyclable Oxygen Tank
Obtained through a side quest. Reduces underwater oxygen consumption by 75%.
Open your Steam Library.
Right-click on Sunkenland and select Properties.
Go to the Betas tab.
In the drop-down menu, select publictest.
Close the window — Steam will now download the test branch update.
Once the download is complete, you’ll be able to launch and play the latest test version.
