Additional Report on the Freezing Issue During Confrontation

The Problem:

Regional formats set to Portuguese, Albanian, French, or Russian may cause the Confrontation to freeze. For now, please use other regional formats (recommended: Chinese, English, Japanese).

Temporary Workaround:

Open Settings (Control Panel) → Time & Language → Language & Region → Regional Format.

Change the regional format to Chinese, Japanese, or English to resolve the issue temporarily.

Current Status:

While we have identified the problem, the root cause is still under investigation. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Until then, please use the above method to continue gameplay.
