Here are the current Beta's Patch Notes:
PANICORE Beta Version 1.1.4b (from March 13th 2025)
Additions:
- Added more randomized spooky stuff
- Added lobby code to the computer in the lobby
- Added low oxygen special ability to submarine monster
- Added a sound for the quick time reaction wheel
- Added "Oxygen Mode" as a game mode
- Added "Outbreak Mode" as a game mode including new enemies & gameplay mechanics
- Added Oxygen Tank item for low oxygen gameplay
Changes:
- Graphical changes to all maps, changed to have a more "dangerous" look
- New Main Menu music
- No Instant Death mode now respawns players far away from monsters (works best with only 1 monster on map)
Balancing:
- Slightly Increased normal walking speed and crouch walk speed
Other:
- Implemented a failsafe for PAINCORE+ difficulty achievement not being triggered
