Queue times will be shorter, allowing cross region play, but still prioritizing ping over MMR matching.
MMR is getting a balance update to make ranking feel better, with adjustments to losses and improvements to skill-based matchmaking.
Regional matchmaking will now open up over time, making it easier to find matches during off-peak hours while keeping games as smooth as possible.
