We’ve been through this quite a few times, yet it doesn’t get any less thrilling or exciting with each post. Last December it was about 4 million High Rollers, this time we’re celebrating

OVER 8 MILLION HIGH ROLLERS IN BUCKSHOT ROULETTE

That’s insane, right? Like, when you really think about it, 8 million people who all played a small horror game… There are whole countries with fewer citizens than you, our daring High Rollers. It’s hard to find words to express how grateful we are to all of you. From a small experimental game on Itch.io to Steam, to Multiplayer and now this ginormous number. Our dearest Thank You to every single one of you, you made this possible.

Now, to the plans for the next year!

We know y’all are waiting for the updates about the console ports. Initially we wanted to launch the game on consoles this year, but we encountered some technical difficulties, mostly because of the engine. Tackling console ports on Godot turned out to be quite a task. But it all was already dealt with, and we’re finally on the right track! Buckshot Roulette will release on consoles in 2026! So, get ready for another shot of virtual adrenaline.

But there’s more stuff for you in the coming year! Expect a new physical edition of the soundtrack and more batches of merch, in case you want your loved ones to know your fondness of shotguns and / or gambling.
