We’re excited to share that we’ve officially started working on adding Chinese language support to Void Future!
This is a big step for us as a small team, and one we believe will make the game more accessible to a wider audience — especially considering how passionate and engaged the Chinese gaming community is when it comes to cyberpunk and narrative-rich indie games.
Here’s what Chinese-speaking players can expect:
- A fully translated Steam page, to clearly communicate what the game is all about
- Localized in-game content, including level dialogue, mission objectives, and key story elements
- A fully translated user interface, for a smooth gameplay experience
- And importantly: we’re working with human translators, not AI, to ensure the quality and tone of the writing are preserved
We want to make sure Void Future feels just as immersive and authentic in Chinese as it does in English.
We’re still early in the localization process, but we’ll keep you posted as we go — and we can’t wait to welcome new players into the world we’re building.
