Heightmaps of European countries have been improved with Lidar data
Sailaway now uses Sentinel 2 satellite imagery for terrains
Improved shaders for rendering terrain
OSM Cylindric oil storage facilities now render as steel surface instead of showing little windows on them
OSM Chimneys now render as concrete columns
Sail mode could not be changed when all sails were stored
Limitations like "no GPS" can now be applied to all types of sail events
The category "Popular" has been removed from the marketplace.
An option to sort on boat length and on alphabet has been added to the marketplace
Custom lighthouses would instantiate a new light at every flash, ultimately flooding the scene with duplicate lights and lowering frame rates significantly
Compass had to be attached to something, which should not be needed
Line wasn't wrapped around the furl drum in the boat designer and was also wrapped in the opposite direction
You can now set which instrument is shown per individual onboard display with the tiny steering wheel button in the top right corner of the dashboard
Flat bottomed boats will simply sit horizontal on the sea floor when they run aground. To relax and wait for high tide if they want.
The option to display satellite imagery in the map has been removed
Brightness buttons for instruments now control the opacity on the screen displays and brightness on the boat displays
The 360 degree white anchor lights are only lit when anchored or when the boat length over all is smaller than 7 meters
In the map settings (cog wheel in the top left corner of the map) you can find a checkbox to switch between height map colors and nautical chart colors. The colors change at these levels:<br/>
Land: above HAT
Flooded: LAT to HAT
Shallow: LAT - 2.5m to LAT
Sufficient depth: LAT - 5m to LAT - 2.5m
Medium depth: LAT - 20m to LAT - 5m
Deep: LWL - 100m to LAT - 20m
Very deep: Below LAT - 100m
Camera can also be rotated by dragging with the right mouse button held
