The Hospital Update has been postponed by a week and will now be released on 24 April, as we need a little more time for balancing, bugfixes and polishing.
However, there is good news for everyone who has been looking forward to the new update this weekend: the beta will launch sometime on 17 April.
To take part in the beta:
Right-click on All Quiet in the Trenches in Steam -> Properties -> Game Versions & Betas -> open-beta
A Dev Diary will also be published this week.
