This month I've been working on adding a new threat to your peaceful fishing sessions birds. But these aren't your ordinary seagulls looking for scraps. These winged criminals will actively swoop down and steal your hard earned catch right off your line!

The fishing mechanics just got a lot more interesting. You'll need to stay vigilant while you're waiting for a bite, because at any moment one of these feathered bandits could appear and make off with your fish.

But don't worry - you're not defenseless. While your turret is primarily designed for dealing with El Gran Maja (the game's main threat), it turns out it works just as well on thieving birds. There's something deeply satisfying about getting your revenge and teaching these sky rats a lesson about respecting other people's property.

Let me know what you think of this addition!

Thanks for following development!

You can now pet the dog. While exploring one of the stranded islands, you'll come across a stray dog. Alone, waiting, and very much in need of a good scratch. Once you find him and show him some kindness, he'll follow you back to your boat…Steam news28 Mar 2026Maja Island Demo Is Out Now!Hey, I recently released the demo for Maja Island.
