-Fixed return to main menu not working correctly at the end of a Survivor Stories run
-Added faint red glow to the red gems in Survival Stories and the Main Campaign
-Fixed 'continue' showing up by accident on death in Survival Stories
-Fixed Kris's status image not showing up when her hp is between 0 and .5
