**Drone Warping**
* All of the Drones have the ability to Warp to their destination, after a short warm up period, if it is over a certain distance.
* They will teleport to a set distance of their Target Destination and then navigate normally from there
* * We expect this to be something that could be upgraded, along with the Warm Up Time, via the System Upgrades
**Establishment Component Iteration**
* The Outpost and Occupation Components now consider the Planet Mods and add Satellites, Upgrade levels, or reduce the Establishment Time
* * These updates now allow both the Player and the Enemy to race for the same Planet, and better handles when one or the other wins
* Utility Satellites better upgrade the Planet they are added to by increasing their Dyson/Enemy Resource Per Tick and the Collector Radius
**Real Status Effects**
* There is now a Status Effect Component that we can use to handle Actors getting various status effects applied to them
* The "Slow Beam" has been made into a real Status Effect called "Stasis" that stops the Actor moving
* The "Concealment Field" now applies a real Status Effect rather than doing a bunch of manual logic
**Tutorial Updates**
* The Tutorial has more beats to it to cover some of the newly added features to the game.
* Other areas have been polished and moved around for better flow
**Mouse HUD Charge UI**
* The HUD has had some work to better help visualize the charge state of the weapon
**Bug Fixes and Balance**
* Consumable Pickups now update color when being collected
* CQP Fire Rate reduced
* Fixing Enemy Health Bar Colors
* Planet Menu respects level cap
* Fixed rotating Huge Targets
* Tuning Resource and Pickup drop rates
* Blocked Occupier selection if there are no Barren Planets
* Missiles now properly leverage Hold Bonus Stat
* Resource Drones now apply Stasis on Tractor Beam
* Homing Missiles rotate towards their targets again
* Fixed Enemy Missiles and Explosions exploding each other
