MAJOR UPDATE 2.0 — NERFS / BUGFIXES / NAME CHANGE / RUSSIAN ADDED

I’m happy and proud to announce a major update!

Thank you for your patience and for waiting.
This update focuses on improving the gameplay experience, making it clearer, more balanced and overall more solid. I also took this opportunity to give the game a stronger identity with a more unique name.

Below are the main changes introduced with this update.

GENERAL

• Game renamed: from INSOMNIA to SHE MUST LIVE
• General polishing and stability improvements
• Ending rewritten
• Official trailer revisited

GAMEPLAY & CLARITY

• Added in-game clock
You can now clearly see how much time is left before the hour ends.

• Reduced RNG reliance

KILLER & CHASE SYSTEM

• Killer rebalanced for fairer encounters
• Added dedicated chase music
• Louder killer footsteps

• Chase start highlight
When a chase begins, the killer briefly appears highlighted in red to show his starting position, allowing players to understand the threat direction even in complete darkness.

DIFFICULTY

• Easy Mode further simplified
• Final level rebalanced

ADDED CONTENT

• Added Russian language
• Added Steam Achievements

IMPORTANT FIXES

• Fixed running-related bugs
→ If the issue persists, delete the savegame file and try again.

• Light spoiler: the TV now works as intended.
