Balance Changes
- SS Laser speed increased from 75 to 80
- SS Controller speed increased from 82 to 85
- SS Controller Shield Buster Laser Cannon cooldown reduced from 0.75s to 0.7s
- SS Trapper Stealth Mine cooldown reduced from 1s to 0.5s
- SS Destroyer Homing Hull Breaker Missiles damage reduced from 8 to 7 (still does 2x damage to spaceship hulls)
