Added an icon indicating where you last died.
Shuttles and portals will now show their destination.
Overall map fixes.
Quest markers are added in a clearer way.

Controller updates:

Added controller vibration, intensity can be changed in Options - Controls.
It is now easier to aim straight using the D-Pad on a controller.

Misc:

Various bug fixes.
Fixes to menus
Fixes to various enemies and bosses.
Improvement to overall stability
