Added research upgrades for the outpost Smelter.
Fixed an issue where drone navigation could break in some cases, causing them to become idle.
Fixed an issue where drones could fail to complete construction of living quarters tiles.
Fixed an issue with incorrect drone behavior when they were on their way to dismantle a module that the player canceled.
Fixed an issue where colonists with the Cook profession disabled would still go to work at the Café and Bar.
Updated names and descriptions of rocket contracts.
Rebalanced the work speed of the outpost Smelter and Regolith Refinery.
