Added price boost for each premium or luxury furniture item to rooms (maximum of 30% boost per room)
Added price boost indicator for each room that includes the player rating boost + individual furniture boost
Fixed major bug that spawned dirt under furniture and was not reachable without removing the furniture item
Fixed bug where the room service guest would deny correctly delivered items
Fixed the 'Bench' items black and white color labels being mismatched
Floor plans now increase in price by 2% per floor, those construction workers need extra resources to work higher up!
