Dive, how it works

Cost

You drop 3 followers. Tiny legs, big betrayal, it happens.

Duration

Up to 3 seconds, release early to pop back up anytime.

Cooldown

10 seconds, catch your breath, you are a duck not a submarine.

While underwater

  • Steal immunity: You cannot steal and you cannot be stolen from.

  • Speed penalty: Swim 50% slower, underwater zoomies are illegal.

  • Scoring rule: You must surface to score, no sneaky underwater banking.

Notes on AI

The bots got an overhaul.
Mother Ducker is meant to be played with friends and full groups. Early on, bots were mostly there for testing, but they quickly became the backup squad when lobbies were not totally full.
So for anyone who is a little friend challenged and ends up facing bots, they now have more freedom to be aggressive, more aware, and a lot better at actually causing problems on purpose.

  • Improved awareness and reactions during fights

  • More aggressive decision making

  • Better behavior in partially filled matches
