[1.0.2a] Big fix for broken savefiles, LED desks & more!

I have been hard at work fixing the most reported / biggest issues that still exist in Gourdlets. Thank you so much to everyone who reported bugs and sent me savefiles!
Note: if you want to report a bug, I try to read steam comments, but I am much more responsive in the gourdlets discord. I wish I could check steam comments regularly, but I am just 1 person and I am always trying to find the right balance between responsiveness and actually programming bugfixes!

Fixes for broken savefiles, gray screen, vanished gourdlets, and "Null" errors
Half of town disappeared (gourdlets are now swimming)
Interiors reset and population goes back down to 0
Missing Gourdlets, Gray screen when entering houses. Cannot Save/Exit Game.

LED desks
some tables have a dark blue line in every color variant
One style of desk had blue lines running through it, which was a mistake, but some users liked the idea of those cool RGB desks with LED's running through them:

SO, I fixed the original tables (left) to remove the blue line, and added in a new LED desk item (right):

Unable to move Windows with Clutter on Tables
fence icons are cut in half in the menu
missing wallpaper swatch
Extra floor spawned and won't disappear after rotating and deleting a wall item
duplicate cake
typo: "evergreen" is misspelled "evergeen"
Change "play" in the start menu to "new"

nametags are all the same when you pick up a gourdlet
some animations persist when they shouldn't
Plants not always changing with seasons
gourdlets clipping in indoor fences
some furniture disappears when rotating camera
