Good News Update
Hello everyone! We have some good news to share with you.
1. Security improvements
We have successfully eliminated the vulnerability that was being exploited by troublemakers to disrupt your gameplay. As I’ve said before — their actions only make us stronger. Hopefully, their mothers are proud of their “important” work, and one day they won’t be ashamed to tell their kids what they spent their time on.
2. New Global Support Center
We are officially discontinuing player support through Discord private messages. After 1.5 years of practice, this approach proved completely ineffective. Players had to wait too long for replies, messaged multiple admins at once, and we often wasted time solving the same issue several times.
Starting now, we are launching a Global Support Center, where all player requests will be processed. This will speed up response times and improve support quality.
