Along with the first major update, Unbroken is going to get its title updated to "Unbroken: The Awakening"!👀
👉With the size and scope of the upcoming update that will go live on the week of 21st -25th, think FromSoft DLC levels—it felt right to add more character to the title and help it stand out in a crowded field. Enter Unbroken: The Awakening. Brought back by your Betrothed, nothing alive or dead will stop you from fulfilling your sworn oath.
1st major update is almost here. Just adding the final touches, and it should be ready to go public sometime before the end of April. This one took longer than expected, but for a noble cause. The update is going to be HUGE. Bigger than initially planned. It will contain a large chunk, if not the majority, of the 2nd major update, as well as a nibble from the 3rd (certain 3rd moon events) and 4th (complete Polish translation).
🔄Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect in the new patch:
It includes most content from the second major update and the complete first translation. Most maps received some love, ranging from minor polishes to complete overhauls (like the Ramparts or Darkwood Basin, just to tease a bit). So expect:
- New levels
- New music
- New achievements
- New endings
- New routes
- New plotlines
- New quests
- New enemy voice acting
- ...and a heck of a lot more. We hope the extra wait will be worth it!
And more is still to come. Given the size and scope of the first update, third moon events have been pushed from the planned third major update to the second. So not only will this be a large one, but it will also drop much content sooner than expected. But first things first, getting back to preparing the first major update for release.
