Our latest patch featuring loads of fixes and improvements is out now on the Beta branch! We really hope you'll enjoy the improvements we've made and that your journey through the woodlands will be an even better experience. 🧡

Please note: Your save files will be affected!
For this patch only, due to a much bigger optimisation issue, your save file will be affected when you download this patch. Here's what will happen:
- You'll lose progress on any incomplete quests. If you haven't finished a quest, you'll have to start these from the beginning. (This includes the tutorial)
- House builds won't be affected.
Here's what we'd recommend before downloading the patch:
- Complete any outstanding quests.
- Save your game and move to a new map.
- More info on backing up your save can be found here.
- Download the patch on the Beta branch!

We're putting this patch on the Beta branch first as we'd love to get your feedback before we add it to the main branch. This is totally optional though. If you'd rather wait until it comes to the main branch then that's fine too. 😊
How to access the Beta branch:
- Right-click REKA in your Steam library and select Properties.
- Go to the BETAS tab.
- Enter the code: REKAopenBeta in the Private Betas section, then click Check Code.
- Select Community Beta from the dropdown, update the game, and enjoy!
- Please note: If you notice your game looks a lower quality than usual, go into the Settings - Graphics -- Turn off Dynamic resolution.
