Adding a randomized RANDOMIZED and WEAKNESS variation.

- Added display of all-time-personal-best skill level in the personalized game mode and playlist result screen.

Changed
- Visuals of personal best crowns in personalized game mode's result screen
- Rhytm Click: lowered the hyper adaption and reduced the size of the targets.
--> Now it's easier to stay in rhythm.
