I'm Melos, the solo developer of Legion Draft. Today I'd like to officially share my first indie game with you.
Legion Draft is an async PvP card autobattler built around a classic strategy dilemma: rush for early power, or invest in growth for a stronger economy later. In this game, every card is a troop stack you can spend gold on to grow over time. So it is not just about finding the strongest units like in many autobattlers. You also need to manage the timing and pace of your economic investment, and decide when to convert that growth into combat power.
I grew up loving RTS and 4X, and in recent years I've also spent a lot of time with card games and autobattlers. Legion Draft is my attempt to blend those experiences: the economy management and macro decision-making of classic strategy games, packed into the quick, addictive loop of a card autobattler.
