Update 0.42 - Localization, Tutorial and Gamepad support

Hello, welcome to the new update to Staying Fresh!
I've added French, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian languages! Japanese and Chinese will be added later. The translation is not accurate and I would be happy if you could point out the errors.
I've added tutorial on movements, basic commands and sticky note using. Garden tutorial is next.
Also I added support of Xbox and PS controllers! It is much better to play on Steam Deck but full support will come later too. I'm working on it.
Also there are little updates:
- New rice seeds and plant for the garden
- Updated button design
- Tons of ux ui little improvements
- Potato plant disappearing is fixed
- Little balance improvements
- Bugfixes, i fixed a lot but I'm not sure was these bugs new or old
Endless mode and new ways to use ingredient on the way! Stay tuned, stay fresh!
