TDM: curate the combat areas on each map for better spawn point distribution and more interesting combat locations.
Edits & Tweaks
TDM: Smaller circle radius
TDM: Players are invisible on map while spawning in, and for a short while after that.
TDM: GPS watch will show a green/red dot when you're in/out of the combat area
Fixes
TDM: Friendlies were not visible on the GPS
NPC hit reaction flinch wasn't playing
