Let’s get straight to the point. House Flipper Remastered Collection is participating in the upcoming Steam Next Fest with a demo! This is your best chance to experience the new graphics and mechanics before the full launch.

The festival kicks off on February 23, 2026 at

10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM EST / 6:00 PM GMT / 7:00 PM CET.

The demo will become available for everyone at that time.

What is in the Demo?

We want you to fully experience the massive scope of changes we've prepared for the House Flipper Remastered Collection right here in the demo.

That's why we’ve included:

• 2 refreshed jobs from the original game,

• 1 brand-new job,

• 1 brand-new house.

• New mechanics and items!

The demo has no time limit - you can play as long as you like!

You Asked, We Listened – New QoL Features!

We read your feedback and suggestions carefully. By popular demand, we have introduced major Quality of Life improvements in the demo:

Top-Down View

We've added a whole new perspective to the game! In Top-Down View, you can now:

• Place most shop items (except those requiring assembly, windows, etc.),

• Move furniture and objects freely,

• Sell items instantly,

• Remove trash.

Photo Mode

Want to show off your best flipper work? You can now do it with the brand new Photo Mode! Tweak with the lighting, filters, FOV and more to showcase your creativity at its best!

New Area Tools

Cleaning up is faster than ever. We've introduced Area Trash Removal and Area Selling. No more clicking on every single piece of trash individually!
