Welcome to HAM: The Game, a world where efficiency is king, mistakes are expensive, and there is no such thing as winning.

You and up to 3 friends are thrown into a HAM manufacturing distribution warehouse, tasked with turning a tiny start-up operation into a full-blown megacorp… or watching it implode under its own weight.

Here’s what life looks like inside the factory 👇

A CO-OP FACTORY THAT NEVER STOPS ESCALATING

Each run is split into days.

Each day brings:

• More orders

• Bigger shipments

• Shorter delivery windows

• And far more ways to fail

What starts as a couple of small deliveries quickly spirals into dozens of massive orders across multiple loading bays with multiple types of product, all on tight timers.

Miss deliveries. Waste HAM. Break equipment.

It all comes out of your profits.

ONE PLAYER IS THE MANAGER (GOOD LUCK)

Every round, one player is randomly assigned the role of Manager.

From the managers office, they:

• Control order numbers

• Dispense ingredients

• Track delivery vans and deadlines

• Communicate via intercom

TOOLS, UPGRADES & CONSTANT FAILURE

As days progress, you’ll need to use the tools on your backpack to help you survive:

• Fly anywhere with the jet pack

• Repair hoppers with the welder or fire extinguisher

• Grapple your way across the map

Everything helps…until it doesn’t.

Overuse systems and they fail.

VICTORY IS AN UP HILL BATTLE

HAM is wave-based, roguelike, and really hard…

You progress through the levels ONLY if you meet the daily quota…the maps get harder and the quota gets bigger.

Work your way all the way up to the various boss levels we have and see if you can make them enough HAM to become the ultimate HAM manufacturing dream team!

VOIP ISN’T OPTIONAL — IT’S SURVIVAL

Communication is everything.

• Shout at each other to improve efficiency…

• The Manager has a fun intercom from their office

• Yell across the warehouse at your team to fix hoppers

• Listen for panic from the manager’s office
