After a year of pouring my blood, sweat, tears and nightmares into this project Dead Format is now available!
Thanks to the partnership with the publisher Oro Interactive and with the huge support of my friends and family I'm proud to present to you my love-letter to the horror film genre.
Dead Format is a first person survival horror game with homemade live action film clips! Follow after your missing brother as you investigate a mysterious new home video format that the government has banned. Step into the tape worlds inspired by 3 different eras of horror film: silent gothic of the 1920s, giallo Italian slashers of the 1970s and alien body horror of the 1980s. The game mixes exploration with combat, puzzle solving and stealth.

Dead Format has been in development for a little more than a year now, and it's been delightful to have seen such positive reception over the course of the announcements ever since its reveal in April earlier this year.

Please check the FAQ and known issues list if you encounter any problems while playing. Notably some high-end AMD GPUs have an update that does not work with Dead Format. A solution is being looked for!
