Fixed: Hunter and Ghost Info screens UI controls & mouse-lock.
Fixed: Hunter Tutorial bug not ending now properly ends.
Fixed: Wheelchair and a few other interactables that could land on players and get them stuck.
Fixed: Lobby combobox/dropdown boxes for player role (hunter/ghost) and map list to be more visible.
Fixed: Dead hunters can now re-enter the hospital.
Added more details to Hunter and Ghost Info screens.
Corrected some Hunter and Ghost Tutorial descriptions
Adjusted ability reroll chance.
Dead Hunters should now be able to view hunter info UI.
Removed the second page of Purge Scroll. Clicking 'Choose Ghost' now also closes the scroll.
Added on screen feedback for ghost and some helper images:
1. Not enough energy
2. Not enough enrage
3. Paranoia already active on target hunter
4. Enraged is a passive ability and affects your hunt ability and can slow you down.
