Hey folks!

Happy to announce another new update for CRUFT. Lot's of goodies inside...

Tides level added
- New city water pipe thingy added - ain't no wells at the beach
- New Contact - A local restaurant that needs your help
- You can hack your way there with the Sandcastle cheat code or unlock the level with a Cheevo
5 new cheevos:
- Manifest Destiny
- A Place To Call Home
- Public Enemy #1
- Run The Jewels
- Fry Day

35+ New items/Art!
- Necklaces, bracelets ,earrings, and watches... even a watch ON a necklace.
- More delicious meals including the Full English.
- More "high-tech" items (more on this in a future update)
- Fried foods and a deep fryer to make them
- A Fishing hut with better sea catches and a way to make your own salt!

And some fixes:

Pond sprite updated to line up with panning stream better,
Station popover UI is wider, giving us less squished text and more visible possible outputs
