You may be in wonder that we finally got around to doing this. Here's the long-awaited monthly Elin article from Tyris's younger sisters. From a faraway corner of Ylva, we'd like to bring you the hottest new information to help you on your adventures.
We hope you'll look forward to Nyan Nyan Day (the 22nd) every nyanth.
First, let's review the two most recent stable updates. Last month's update added a lot of content related to the Garden of Eternity. In addition to characters familiar to Elona players like Larnneire and Green-Haired Elea, new NPCs such as Elishe, a unique puppy, the machine god Mani, and the Garden Master have been welcomed as guests of honour to the garden.
While the Garden Master is still shrouded in mystery, we do know that he's a huge cat lover. Capturing a Silver Cat and releasing it into the garden will allow you to awaken your companions who have been traveling with you since the beginning. You can also upgrade machines with the Faulty feat by completing requests from Mani, who roams the garden.
Of course, veteran adventurers can challenge the Garden Master himself... (His appearance and manner of speech make it clear he's a dangerous presence.) Other highlights include:
New guild ranks have been unlocked. New rank perks have been added to each of the four guilds.
The Demigod race has been significantly strengthened, and a new playable race, the Vampire, has been added.
Other features include over 40 new items and furniture, including the ★Crim Ale, numerous new feats, and distinctive weapons such as the Log and Gravity Gun.

A new item has been added: the ★Crim Ale, produced in Lumiest. Specially crafted to celebrate the birth of the goddess Elin, it's a premium product that stands out from the cheap Crim Ale that's widely available in North Tyris. It can be purchased in Lumiest for 6,480 orens per bottle.
While this price may be out of reach early in the game, it's worth indulging in this luxury once a year.
The new Vampire race has been implemented. They have a severe weakness: they burst into flames when exposed to sunlight and are extremely vulnerable to fire. While their unique ability, Bat Transformation, allows them to safely survive the day, it makes them incredibly weak in combat. It's best to spend the day sleeping.
Their abilities are generally high, allowing them to fight to a certain extent while in human form even right at the start of the game. Their true power is particularly evident at night, when all stats are enhanced. Nighttime is truly the Vampire's time of day.
Normal meals are completely useless for Vampires. They satisfy their hunger with their Bloodsucking ability, which allows them to suck the blood directly from living creatures. While they can stave off hunger with blood transfusion packs, there's plenty of "food" lying around in towns and fields. While this race can be somewhat difficult to play until you've properly prepared for sunlight, even veteran adventurers will find it refreshing to explore North Tyris with it.
Mani of Machine, one of the gods worshipped in Ylva, is known to have once been human. In the Garden of Eternity, a place where various beings gather, transcending time and space, two such Manis have appeared... at the same time!
Mani of Steel is a young Yerles man. He spent his childhood as the adopted son of a watchmaker and is none other than the legendary engineer Mani, who had a profound influence on future generations.
Meanwhile, the Mani who lost his memories remains shrouded in mystery. His species is listed as Yerles, but his age is unknown. It will be interesting to learn more about his true identity and why he lost his memory in future updates.

In this section, we'll be featuring recently posted fan art and the latest happenings in the Elin community!
Lumiest Art Tourism Journey, an online doujin event themed around Elin and its predecessor, the free game Elona, was held over two days from November 22nd to 23rd. The event was hosted and managed by Hisahito Kanzaki as a fan-organized project.
This was the second doujin event this year, following West Mysilia Open Black Market held in July. The online venue, modeled after Lumiest and the sewers, was bustling with visitors dressed as avatars like the Snow Putit.
Each exhibit space was decorated by many adventurers full of creativity and enthusiasm, and a wide variety of works were on display, including illustrations, manga, novels, and merchandise. We also saw the distribution of mods for the game, game analysis, and in-game materials like portraits, which is unique to an Elin event.
After the event ended, it was announced that Lumiest Art Tourism Journey will be held again in June 2026.

Many readers may not be aware of the existence of Elin's short videos for the Western market. Delivered by an energetic, upbeat host, they have a slightly different vibe from the versions aimed at the Japanese market. Be sure to check them out.

To celebrate the first anniversary of Elin's early access launch, a craft alcoholic beverage called Crim Ale has been created, modeled after the in-game drink with the same name.
With its mellow aroma and rich, berry-like sweetness, yet clean finish, it's easy to drink, and it's no wonder that the residents of North Tyris unanimously say they want to drink it until they're dizzy.
Apparently, some adventurers just couldn't resist, downing the whole bottle on the day it arrived!
In addition to the works introduced so far, illustrations and screenshots of in-game buildings are shared daily. We'd like to highlight a small selection of the adventurers who are making the Elin community even more exciting. If any creator names are incorrect, we would appreciate it if you could let us know.

Hello everyone, this is noa. The Elin State of the Game column has finally begun!
Because Elin is in long-term development, many players play through the game and then move on. I've always wanted a place where these players could easily keep up with the latest developments and feel reassured (or scared) that updates are still being made. Now that a year has passed since the Early Access launch, development has had some time to slack off, so we're launching this column.
In Elin State of the Game, our editors residing in Tyris will deliver articles on hot topics every month, including community news and manga, for both current and returning players to enjoy.
We hope to share some interesting anecdotes, including behind-the-scenes insights and honest thoughts from developers, in this section as well, so please look forward to it!
