Howdy! Some small fixes for some big problems

Added "Respawn Orbs" button to the debug menu if you're softlocked there
Fixed the tips for sharpening to be the correct amt (sorry lol)
Fixed crash when using sack during the finale
Fixed slimes spawning items during finale
Fixed pickups & decor spawning during decor if you reloaded
