Today, there was a report regarding a hacker. It was confirmed by both a video evidence and by myself. I have banned the player, and deleted their characters "tede12" and "...1".
It was a speed hack. The player would look like he is teleporting around, cancelling skills mid-animation while dealing the damage without actually hitting the opponent. There was no damage, HP or other stats hacked in this case.
While we are 100% sure that the player will not be able to log in from the same account again, we will find a way to prevent a speed hack in the first place. This is our current #1 priority.
There were other reports regarding a similar hack earlier this week. We couldn't confirm the accusation, because 1) They have played only for a short time, so there are not enough records to look at. Furthermore, they have not came back after their first day. 2) The combat records (kill count, death count, time between kills etc.) were reasonable. While the record itself was somewhat suspicious, you can actually play like that even on Lv. 1 if you are good enough. So, if you think you have met a hacker, please try to get a video evidence.
We will send you a compensation for this incident tomorrow.
