The "Alpharad broke my game" update

Fixes:

• Game over line now reappears after shake ability is interrupted by the ability selection screen
• The hammer ability can now no longer be spammed to cause some objects to be stuck forever

Thanks to everyone that checked out my game! If you have any ideas for more abilities, gamemodes or something else, feel free to let me know!
I unfortunately can't manually add in Alpharad's score because that lies completely with Steam, but his score is still in our hearts.
