After some great feed-back from our community, we have released an up-date to fix some start-up and in-game bugs. Thank you and continue the slaughter!

- Game start up now checks both adaptor and monitors for valid resolutions to set the game to (including validating settings from a previous save)
- Added Steam Error mini dump reporting hooks into the separate threads to catch any proper crashes
- Added some software exceptions:
DX11 CreateDevice functions
Array bounds checking
Memory block allocation
DX11 Create vertex/Index Buffer functions
DX11 Swapchain Acquire Resources functions
DX11 Swapchain creation functions
- NDEBUG defined now so any crashes are reported
- Fixed Issue with keyboard key repeating when not pressed down when input had been buffered.
