First version of the New stock exchange is available and there is UI improvement and debug !

New Stock Exchange system !
UI : An animation is played if you haven't enough desk when you are in recruitement area
UI : Money's text is animated and become red when you failed a payment.
Debug : Sometime item can't be removed from the cart in the market, fixed
Now you can't " buy " an empty cart in the market
UI : Notification UI size was cleaned ( windows was too small )
UI : When you close " No Power Notification " Power Box Windows is now open
Fews trees and rocks was added on the landscape
