Hey everybody, there's a new update live RIGHT NOW.
Here's what we did if you're interested:
Features
- Complete Menu Overhaul, everything should look better and be a little easier to access now.
- Colourblind mode! You can find it in options, it only has a toggle but we think it should be enough to help you if your eyes don't want to tell you about those pesky colours, let us know if we're wrong!
- Leaderboard for total kills! Have you contributed the most to the war effort? (To upload stats if you played before this update, go and play a game and it'll update the leaderboard)
- Controls changed almost completely. Pressing shoulder buttons to swing a sword is so 1979, so now just use the sticks to flail to your hearts content. If you really miss the old days though, you can always just press BACK.
- The camera is no longer static. It's more dynamic and freeflowing for a more interesting gameplay experience.
- Pause menu control scheme guide, so if you forget what button dash is, you can quickly check during gameplay.
- King of the Hill mode. Now you can score points in more ways than just hitting your friends.
- Speaking of a new mode, we also have more levels now, so you can have some additional variation in your sword swinging.
- New achievements! Want to show off to the world that you've beaten Arclight's story mode? Well now you can.
