Accessibility Updates
- One Hand Mode
- Seated/Comfort Improvements
- Non-Audio Feedback Improvements
One Hand Mode
- When only one controller is connected, One Hand Mode is enabled which makes the game 100% completable with one hand
- Skiing, rafting, yoga can now be started by grabbing one ski pole, raft handle, and yoga weight respectively
- Adjusted climbing wall fall speed when one handed
- Fixed a few caps that were previously not removable without two hands
- Books open automatically
- Slingshot and joystick float when released
- Adjustments to knitting station interaction for one handed play
- Roasting stick now tosses attached item when shaken
Seated/Comfort Improvements
- Increased detection area for back-facing teleports (shouldn't have to rotate more than 90 degrees anymore)
- Adjusted placement of many props in Small Playspace for easier reach when seated
- Adjusted Bot handout positions for items to be more centered
- Lowered Travel Museum counter so start lever is generally more reachable
- Optimized Beach target to be visible when seated
Non-Audio Feedback Improvements
- Added additional signs and icons for increased understandability
- Sandcastle and Ice Sculpt Stations now give visual feedback
- Bots with glasses now lift them when showing icons
- Added icons to some bots when explaining tasks for better understandability
- Added flower on Planting Station by default
- Shell Station music sheet now bounces in response to playing each note in the sequence
Major Bug/Crash Fixes
- Fixed several issues causing broken saves and black screens at load time
- Made deleting saves a bit more complicated so other very excited players don’t do it on accident
- Fixed crash after rehydrating a dehydrated item
- Fixed crash during living things escaping waffles/dehydrated packs
Feature Changes
- Harmonica now shows highlight on currently blown slot
- Exported photos now remove all transparency
- Airhorn can now be pressed with face
- Added moon back to night sky during campfire story
- Added sound and particle to dipping paintbrush in photo color
- Instruments now blow bubbles when played underwater
- Ukulele is now playable while not held
- Ski Station game additionally responds to moving instead of just tilting poles
- Added text to Fishing Order Board and A Human's Guide To: Fish book to help fisherhumans
Gameplay Fixes
- Cooler no longer breaks when closing lid with a fish inside
- Fixed Not-Tuna can sometimes opening with nothing in it
- Fixed Resort phone playing wrong lines or delivering wrong items occasionally
- Fixed yoga breaking if starting and stopping several times
- Fixed lighting issue in Forest that persists until listening to part of campfire story
- Fixed painting scaling when attached to certain frames
- Fixed hermit crab overlapping with knitting preview and having weirdly colored shell once knit
- Fixed player being able to teleport out of Summit without watching cutscene
- Fixed radio breaking all other music when left turned on somewhere
- Fixed some items not being retrieved when left outside playspace
- Fixed some cases of items not respawning after removed from zone
- Fixed waffle issues introduced (by Chris) in Patch 1
- Fixed oversight where save file could be infinitely large thanks to photo waffle sandwich sandwiches
Performance Fixes
- Improved performance when building/destroying complex sandcastles and ice sculptures
- Improved performance when viewing credits
- Fixed rafting getting out of sync
Visual Fixes
- Fixed encyclopedia/waffles/dehydrated foods using low detail version of items
- Fixed lighting on splash particles
- Fixed lighting issue in Sunken Ship
- Addressed various other minor bug fixes and issues
