Exciting New Update for PLANET IX: Xbox Controller Support and More!

I’m excited to announce a new update for PLANET IX! The game is now fully compatible with Xbox controllers, allowing you to play with increased comfort and flexibility. With this new feature, you can activate the Xbox controller simply by pressing the A button in-game. To switch back to keyboard and mouse, just press the left mouse button. Additionally, you can adjust the sensitivity of the right analog stick in the inventory settings for a personalized experience.

Other improvements in this update include:

Expanded Impact Area: The impact area when using the pickaxe or axe has been increased to make it easier to gather minerals and wood.
Resistance and Probability Adjustments: Stone resistance has been reduced by 30%, and the likelihood of finding valuable ores in the mines has been increased. Gold ore now has double the chance to drop precious stones like diamonds, alexandrite, ruby, and sapphire. These precious stones can be used at the Forge in the Harvest Vale to craft better weapons and tools, and are also essential for unlocking the entrance to the Ancient Labyrinth.
Important Fixes: Resolved issues with the warehouse that caused item duplication or loss. Additionally, other minor fixes have been made to improve the gameplay experience.

Next Steps: I am beginning work on the maritime content for the game, which will be accessible via the bridge south of the colony. This new content will allow you to build a ship to explore the “7 seas” of Planet IX and will be available from the start of the game.
