Fixed visual issue causing fog to reset in Campaign map
Fixed issue stopping Ultra Kill achievement from being granted

Fixed issue causing "Queen's Echo" to display with wrong name when it initially spawns

Waxcoat: Damage reduced from 25 to 15

Consecrate: Removed heal effect on default spell
