Dear valued player,

We apologize for all the disconnect during 15th/Dec/2016 due to the Microsoft Windows Server Automatically Update Program.

There was a hug update comes from Microsoft for windows server OS, most of player was having disconnection and slow connection problems. However, once we finished OS update, there was a compability issues with our game porter. That's why most of players can not login to the game.

Regards to the compensation, we will give all player extra 2000 Bound Prepaid Points for this OS update problem.

Compensation will be released together with previous compensation.
All player who send the compensation application will be received 5000 Bound Prepaid Points for hacker attack plus extra 2000 Bound Prepaid Point for OS update compensation from your in-game mail box.
