-Fixed Evo levels to be defaulting to 0 not 1 for damage calculation
-Fixed a RoundTable bug subtracting damage instead of adding it at low levels.
-Fixed Gambler Jackpot not actually awarding Jackpot
-Moved mini game buttons down a bit
