Fixed few bugs:

Sometimes in Windows game window appeared outside the screen with resolution height less than 768
Increased gamepad D-Pad and axis sensitivity
Now after game quit without finishing level your time and death count stores to the savefile
Not handling gamepad events is it's not configured
