General changes:

BUG: Fixed quest menu scrollbar not resetting to its original position
TYPE: Fixed inconsistent use of ATK/ATTK and LUK/LUCK in descriptions
BUG: Fixed issue with MedKit not working as intended

Changes made to Chapter 2 and 3:

BUG: Fixed missing collision outside NSB’s building during the night
BUG: Fixed repeated dialog on a newspaper
BUG: Fixed actor that didn’t get destroyed after finishing a sidequest
BUG: Fixed missing switch that would allow the player to skip some steps during one of the main quests
TWEAK: Added sign outside of hostel that says “hostel”
TWEAK: Removed an unnecessary fade during a scene inside the drugstore
BUG: Fixed issue with one quest location not being shown on the list
