UPDATE V2024.10.17b_test and previous patchnotes

Hello guys! Here is today's update for you!

As always, you can access this version by right clicking on TLD in Steam, select properties, then select betas, then select the upcoming version test.

V2024.10.17b_test:

• All Headlights and Bulbs can be turned on by hand when they aren't in their slot
  (Yes, later they will need batteries for that, but we don't have those yet)
• Metal bar got thin Physics Lock around it
• Pumpkin got better and it is possible to turn it on-off again
• Fixed explosive stuff not exploding when shot (like paint can)
• Fixed very weak guns not being able to destroy bulbs at all
• Fixed bulb and big mirror slices being purple

Previous patchnotes:

V2024.10.16_test:

• Fixed Tape Measure pulling player to the left
• Added more road types (was 4, now it's 12)
  (currently just visual)
• Fixed texture seam on the roads near their side
• TV now has a Light Source when it's On
• Adjusted car10k coolant slot collider so it's less in the way
• Tall Grass is back, and it looks better!

V2024.10.15c_test:

• Fixed some major Tape Measure inconveniences
  (It is more fun now!)
• Fixed accidentaly getting into the car just by opening the door
• Fixed disabling Heat Haze not disabling it (in 3D too, not that anyone cares)
• Added Tape Measure Inventory Icon
• Fixed Custom Radio Stutter finally?
  (And it supports more formats like flac, and possibly some others I have never heard of)
• Adjusted some Physics Lock triggers (We really do have a lot of vehicles)
• Multiplayer notification letter disappears after 20 seconds
  (because I got tired of seeing it all the time in TLD videos)

V2024.10.12_test:

• Added Tape Measure (Be sure to test this..you will be surprised)
• Wheel mounting made easier (Yes!)
• Can make Snowballs and Snowwalls in the snowy biome (Double yes!!)
• Fixed not being able to sit down if the seat is attached to some usable thing
• Holding Down X with Developer Menu Enabled will now delete objects quickly,
  don't have to tap it for every object (Very useful!)

The game is slowly getting where we want it to be, before we release it to the main branch.
