Update 1.1 - Waters Vale: The Great Expansion

To the south of the Colony lies a territory called Waters Vale, bathed by the vast pink oceans of Planet Lunara and rich with blue soil that nurtures a flourishing flora, including the silvery Canabim Trees and Nexara Palms, alongside species already familiar to the colonizers. In the heart of this territory, there is a small village of green-skinned Lunarians, known for being master craftsmen who work with Canabim wood and skilled navigators. However, their lives took a turn for the worse when mysterious ships began patrolling the oceans, destroying everything in sight. As a result, the Lunarians had to abandon their navigation traditions, sinking their ships loaded with precious goods that can now be found around the islands.

NEW CONTENT:

  • A new territory has been added, accessible through the southern entrance of the Colony.
  • An infinite ocean has been added, where everything is randomly and uniquely generated, making it the only region where Exotiums can be found in crates.
  • A new area within the territory of the Colony has been added, where many Mungu fiber trees grow.
  • A new house model has been added to the Central Computer, available in 9 different colors.
  • New furniture items have been added and can be acquired from the merchants in the Harvest Vale to the west of the Colony.
  • New plant pots have been included in the inventory workshop catalog.
  • A boat equipped with a cannon has been added to the Central Computer at the Base.
  • A new machine has been added to the inventory workshop, which creates cannon ammunition.
  • A new tree called Nexara Palm has been added, which drops fruits that can heal the player's health and straws used in recipes.
  • Two support drones have been added: one that attacks any enemy approaching the colonizer and a collector drone that can gather distant items. These drones can be constructed at the Central Computer at the Base, though some of the required items can only be gathered from destroyed ships in the ocean.
  • A pillar has been added inside the mines, allowing colonizers to start mining at a random level between 21 and 71. To activate it, an ancestral map is required, which can only be found in lost treasure crates in the ocean.
  • Two ancestral portals have been added, allowing the colonizer to teleport directly to the villages of each region. They can be crafted in the Dimensional Fold Room, with one of the necessary items found only by destroying ships in the ocean. The Dimensional Fold Room is unlocked by fitting 8 hidden cores from the Ancestral Labyrinth.
  • A new ore known as Vendalite has been added, appearing rarely from level 50 of the Mines. It is highly resistant and drops Rift Powder, a key material for ancestral batteries used in the construction of drones and portals, and is also highly valuable to the Valencia merchant.
  • A Titanium Ingot has been added, used in the construction of various objects, such as the boat, drones, and more.

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • It is now possible to check the level you are on in the Mines.
  • The Merchant now appears almost every day, except on rainy days or during snowstorms.
  • Construction recipes have been updated to use planks, cement, sand, and bricks instead of logs and stones.
  • The drop rate for items from Mungu Fiber Trees, Exosulfur Ores, and Sandstones has been significantly increased.
  • The size of collected items has been reduced by 30%.
  • The colony map interface has received a visual upgrade.
  • Animal hides from the two valleys now have a use; additionally, the damage and defense of these animals have been reduced, and the amount of hide collected from them has been increased.
  • The decorative item merchant in the Harvest Valley now requires specific items instead of just Exotiums.
  • Several objects have received improvements in their artwork, along with other minor visual enhancements.

FIXED ERRORS:

  • Some items, such as the Junino shelf, had their IDs swapped, causing other items to appear in their place.
  • An error was found in the base PC constructions.
  • Several translation errors have been corrected.
  • An unwanted screen appeared when crafting plant pots in the workshop.
  • Some items did not have the correct crafting recipes.
  • A fix was implemented for the issue where boxes were not being picked up with the control.

FUTURE OF THE GAME:

For the next update, I plan to focus on expanding the existing content before creating a new territory. This will include the development of 10 additional mount levels, an improved mission system, expansion of content within the ocean, and the story of Planet Lunara narrated by the colonists, along with other ideas I have in mind.
